Working Capital Grant for Tourism Hospitality Businesses Affected by the Pandemic

The Action aims to support the operation of the enterprises of the tourist industry after the restart of their operation and in view of the official start of the tourist activity for the 2021 under the regime of the pandemic disease COVID-19. The support of the business will be carried out with the provision of sufficient liquidity for the restart of economic activity, through a grant of part of the working capital.

Tourist enterprises regardless of their legal form and in particular the hospitality business in any form, tourist agencies, as well as business coaches, of which CAR are included in the Detailed Invitation.

Budget of the Action

350 million. euro for all the regions of the country, which are allocated to 300 million. euro for small and medium-Sized Enterprises and 50 million. euro for Large Companies.

This amount may be increased in order to cover the set of positively evaluated applications for funding.

React EU – THE Action is funded in the context of the response of the Union to the pandemic COVID-19 

As the starting date for eligibility of expenditure shall be 1 April 2021.

The advance paid working capital should be expended from the date of eligibility of expenditure until 31.12.2021. This will be evidenced on the basis of the Codes:

• 361 Markets and expenditure within the country
• 363 Other Imports of outside investment goods (fixed)
• 364 Intra-community acquisitions of goods
• 365 Community downloads service number. 14.2.a

the forms of the relevant periodic VAT returns for the period 1/4/2021 – 31/12/2021.

The amount of working capital that corresponds to this Action should not exceed 70% of the sum of the amounts of the four (4) passwords.

The funding covers up to 70% of the value of purchased goods.
