Going Out - Outbound Media International Projection Support

The aim of the Action

The Program, "we're starting our EXTRA – Support to the International Projection of SMES with Outward Orientation" is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and by national funds.

The main aim is the promotion of the extroversion of Greek manufacturing companies that are already developing export activity, through their participation in trade fairs organised in the EU and in third countries.

    Beneficiaries

    Eligible for this action is Very small, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, for which prior to the date of electronic submission of the application for funding apply cumulatively :

    1. have completed at least one (1) administrative use twelve-month duration
    2. have eligible Activity Codes) of Annex VI, which relate to the products they wish to promote through their participation in trade fairs
    3. produce/process already these products
    4. are already developing export activity and is at least 2% of annual turnover comes from exports of products that you produce/process. As the year of calculation shall be the fiscal year preceding the year of submission of the application for funding

      Grant

      • The grantee budget for each business can reach up to 100,000 euros.

        The Budget per trade show amounts in the following amounts:

        • Up to 20,000 euros per a report in cases of involvement with a stand of up to 20 m, with a maximum amount of public grant of 10,000 eur
        • Up to 35.000 euros per a report in cases of involvement with a stand up to 50 sq. m, with a maximum amount of public subsidy 17.500 euros
        • Up to 50,000 euro per a report in cases of involvement with a booth of more than 50 sq. m, with a maximum amount of public subsidy of 25,000 euros

      Eligible Expenses

      1 Participation in Trade Fairs outside the Greek Territory:

       

      • Participation costs and cost for the registration/listing of the Report
      • Travel and accommodation expenses of the company representatives who will participate in any trade fair. Eligible costs of up to four (4) representatives of the company concerning :
        • Air tickets in economy class
        • Individual journeys to and from the space organization of the report
        • Stay up to the amount of 300€ per person per day
      • Rental pavilion, cost of construction/configuration, and rent the equipment required for.x. audio-visual equipment for the promotional needs
      • Shipping cost and return of exhibits (including the cost of insurance for these)
      • Fees of specialized external partners necessary for the management/operation of the stand (e.g., Interpreter, Guard, stand, etc) (up to an amount of 20% of the w/h)
      • Cost planning and translation of bilingual brochures and information document up to 1,000€ per form.
      2 Management and Monitoring of implementation of the project

       

      The eligible costs of the provision of services, monitoring and management of the implementation, provided that:

      • Relate to the period from the submission of applications for funding until the completion of the project
      • Do not constitute a continuous or periodic activity nor relate to the normal operating costs of the business, such as.x. regular services to provide tax and legal advice or advertising services.
      • Does not include possible costs of accommodation, travel and other travel expenses of consultants in the total fee.
