Self-Employed Lawyers Grant
The aim of the Action
The aim of this Action is to upgrade the digital infrastructure of law firms in lawyers to have the ability to provide their services via video conferencing, but also to make use of modern technological tools in the process of administration of Justice in courts and prisons of the country.
Beneficiaries
The Action relates to the aid in the form of the grant of self-employed lawyers who have been affected by the pandemic COVID-19 due to the non-physical functioning of the courts.
Grant
Budget of the Action
20 million. euro for all the regions of the country.
The Action is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF), the European Union and by national funds.
Beneficiaries of the Action
Self-employed lawyers, as natural personsregistered with the bar association, which operate legally in the country and they start doing the competent TAX office up to and 31/12/2020.
It should be noted that excluded any legal persons.
Eligible Expenses
In each beneficiary (discrete tax id) will be assigned to once-a total maximum grant for the digital upgrade of their offices as follows:
- A grant of 2,000 euro

- A grant of 1,000 euros

- A grant of 500 euros

The beneficiaries who were launching in 2020 may apply for and receive as the upper limit of a grant amount of eur 1,500.
