Second Business Opportunity Program

The purpose of the program is to give a second business opportunity
ex-entrepreneurs in order to get back into the labour market.

Beneficiaries are registered unemployed who:
 Discontinued their business activities in the period 1/1/2012 –
31/12/2021
 Have not transferred their business or share in an undertaking
which belonged to spouses or persons first or second degree of kinship
 Have not exercised any business-business
activity by 1/1/2022 to the publication of the Ministerial
Decision on 8/3/2022 and

 Have paid into the Special Account of Unemployment, the monthly contribution of 10
€ for at least a year or have been configured and is up to date with the
terms of the arrangement.

grant lasts 12 months, with a 3-month commitment and the amount of a grant
vary from 12,000 € (for sole proprietorship) to 24,000 € (for business
with three beneficiaries, partners).

The total budget of the programme amounts to 48.000.000 €.
