Digital Transformation of Small and Medium Enterprises

The purpose of the Program "DIGITAL TRADE" is the adoption of modern digital tools that support the processes of billing, version trafficking and tax documents and conducting electronic payments. The Program is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises active in the Greek territory and is expected to contribute to the improvement of the productivity of SMES, increase the security of transactions, as well as the strengthening of their tax compliance.

In the framework of the Program enhanced existing private Undertakings engaged in economic activity, and for which there are cumulative and, inter alia, the following conditions are met:

1. They have their head office or a branch in the Greek Territory with Greek social security numbers.
2. It is active at the date of submission of the application for Funding under the Program.
3. Set up/ set up before the 01.01.2022.
4. Constitute legal entity (Limited liability Company, Limited Liability Company, general Partnership Company or Limited partnership, I.K.E, Individual Business, Social Enterprise, co-operative or Individual Business and keep απλογραφικά or διπλογραφικά books.

The participating companies can be enhanced in order to implement one or more of the following Categories of Actions:

• Category 1: Replacement EFT/POS.
• Category 2: For car pricing and / or movement of documents on the go.
• Category 3: Download service provider of e-invoicing.
• Category 4: Upgrade ΦΤΜ & ΑΔΗΜΕ for interface with EFT/POS.
• Category 5: Replacement * FISCAL.
• Category 6: Replacement ΦΗΜ old standards.

In the context of the Programme are given the possibility of using cheques (vouchers) per 6 sub-categories :

It should be noted that the amount of the payment/ cashout amount may not exceed:

• the nominal value of the voucher, as reflected in column (B) of the immediately above table,
• the Aid Intensity as a percentage (%) on actual costs of supplies of goods and services.

The expenditure will be supported under the Programme are not allowed to be strengthened from any other source, National or European.

Eligible for a grant is the supply of digital products and services, through a system of checks (vouchers). Each beneficiary:

• may be funded for the purchase of one or more solutions (synthesis products/services). Each subsidized solution is billed and paid in total, with part of the payment comes from the cashing of cheques of the Project (public funding),
• you may submit a request for funding for market solutions to one or more Categories of Actions, if it meets the general and specific (per category) eligibility criteria.

 The supply of digital products and servicesand associated with these additional services is carried out through the authorised, in the framework of the Program, Suppliers will still need to belong to the Single Register of Authorised Digital Products and Services.
